Service Rates

Service Rate List – Mr. Pro Plumbing & Heating Ltd.

• Regular Hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm): $149/hr + $99 call-out.

• After-Hours / Weekends: $298/hr + $199 emergency call-out (1.5–2 hr minimum).

• Statutory Holidays: $298–$325/hr + $199–$249 call-out (2 hr minimum).

• Christmas Day & New Year’s Day: $350/hr + $249 call-out (2 hr minimum).

All rates are confirmed prior to work proceeding. Prices subject to applicable taxes.

Holiday rates apply from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM on the holiday. All pricing is clearly communicated and approved before work begins.
